NTSL U11 hosted Clare in Nenagh friendlies Sun 28 Feb
On Sunday 28th of February the North Tipperary U11 Emerging Talent squad hosted Clare for 2 games at Nenagh Brickfields.
Clare made a strong start to the first game with a strong breeze behind them, but determined defending kept them at bay.
North Tipp gradually took control of the game with Stephen Nolan prominent in midfield and ran out comfortable 4 nil winners with goals from Stephen Nolan, Kevin Connelly, Stevie Daly and lastly from the hard working Dylan Power.
In the second game North Tipp took control from the kick of to dominate the game and ran out 4 - 1 winners Cien Darcy troubled Clare all day and scored two goals, Dan O Meara scored the third with a neat finish and centre back David Kelly carried the ball the length of the field to score North Tipps forth goal.
With the 30 Squad members that were fit on the day all playing in the 2 games the strength in dept of this squad continues to impress. These were 2 high quality performances by this talented squad who continue to play a lovely brand of football mixing good possession play with great determination and work rate.
Once again it was also great to see so many supporters in attendance to cheer on the lads.
